The first tasks were the presentation of each participant and to collect the interests to discuss.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.eweibel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/entwicklertreffen.jpg\" class=\"lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px\" title=\"entwicklertreffen\" border=\"0\" alt=\"entwicklertreffen\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.eweibel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/entwicklertreffen_thumb.jpg\" width=\"370\" height=\"278\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>After that Florian Kammermann presented his thoughts about software development. He\u2019s highly interested in business oriented software developing. That means for him, that you have to be agile and follow the principles like <a href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Don%E2%80%99t_repeat_yourself\">DRY<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Separation_of_concerns\">separation of concerns<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of his presentation he showed his favoured design patterns <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Strategy_pattern\">strategy pattern<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/State_pattern\">state pattern<\/a>.
