First I did the scrum master course with the great teacher <a href=\"http:\/\/courses.scrum.org\/about\/ralph-jocham\" target=\"_blank\">Ralph Jocham<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/rjocham\" target=\"_blank\">@rjocham<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.effectiveagile.com\" target=\"_blank\">effective agile<\/a>).   <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Then I passed the assessment after exercise the open assessment several times. I read also the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrum.org\/scrumguides\/\" target=\"_blank\">Scrum guide<\/a> twice.<\/p>\n<p>After that I took the assessment and passed it. So now I\u2019m a certified Professional Scrum Master I by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrum.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Scrum.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One thing is really important for modern software development is collaboration. Without you have a bunch of single fighters and you loose to much potential. So social skills is nowadays essential for a modern software engineer. Without it you risk to loose the contact with the newest technologies and techniques.
